At Backfire Boards, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electric skateboards and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that boards showing signs of road wear or battery cycles may be subject to restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Board
Securely place the skateboard and all original accessories, including the remote and charger, back into the original protective shipping box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the board's condition and components, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
